Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Digital products or software once downloaded or accessed
  • Subscriptions or services after significant usage

Note: Refund requests are subject to review and approval by Vision Technology. Approval is at our sole discretion.

3 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team via support@visiontechnology.co.in within the refund period.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order or invoice number
    • Name of the product/service
    • Reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.
